Health, happiness and wholeness are top priorities in my life. I’ve had a wholistic health practice since 1981 and currently teach yoga classes, do counseling and run SEVA DEVA Healing Retreat Center with my husband, Dan, in San Diego, California. I’m always open for ways to enhance my well-being and maintain my health, so I can continue to do all the things I love. Since using the Chi Machine, the HotHouse, the FIR Pad and the ERE, I’ve experienced some remarkable results.

The first one came after 3 days of using the Chi Machine for 5 minutes, twice a day. My left leg shifted in my hip socket. I noticed it on my daily walk because my left foot felt like it was pointing in, as if it was pigeon-toed. When I looked down, the foot was perfectly straight. Ever since I can remember, my left foot has always pointed outward. The second time I noticed the change was in my yoga class. When I brought my left knee up to my chest, instead of the knee going out to the left, it came back perfectly straight, with no pain in my hip. After 21 years of doing yoga at least twice a week, this adjustment of my hip and leg was miraculous…and effortless!

The next shift came 2 weeks after using the Chi Machine. While walking in the grocery store, my pelvis suddenly let go and tilted back. I’ve always had a flat sacrum, but with this release in the lower back muscles, the curve in my mid-back became more prominent and my whole spine relaxed. It’s not easy to explain the incredible sensations I felt, but I can truly say that nothing I’ve ever done – not hundreds of massages and thousands of yoga classes – has ever released my sacrum. I can only attribute it to the Chi Machine. The oscillating motion of the machine has realigned my leg, hips and spine!

I love to garden and crochet, so whenever the muscles in my back, neck or shoulders become tight, I use the Far Infrared HotHouse and the FIR Pad. The warmth penetrates deep into the muscles, opens up the capillaries and gets the blood circulating in those areas. In a short time I can feel the muscles relaxing. It’s amazing.

And I love the ERE machine. I find that whenever I’m a little constipated, I use mode 1 for 15 or 20 minutes and everything moves smoothly the next morning. Modes 2 and 3 also help to relax my feet and balance my whole body. And if my shoulders or upper back muscles are particularly tight, the ERE electro pads work wonders in relieving the tension.

Having these machines available every day, in the comfort of my own home, is truly a gift. They allow me to take even more responsibility for maintaining a healthy, happy and creative life. I'm a graphic artist & web designer with a life-long interest in fitness and health – particularly my own. I tend to be an "early adapter" to experimenting and using quality products and techniques. For instance, because there were no teachers around at the time, I taught myself yoga from the book, "Light on Yoga." This is back in the day when most people didn't know the difference between yoga and yogurt, as both were new to America.

The Chi Machine was introduced to the USA in 1993. So, admittedly I've been a bit slow on the uptake in using this technology. But now that I have ... I'm sold! The Chi Machine, along with its other "3 Musketeers" companion technologies, Far Infrared products and the Electro Reflex Energizer, have opened a whole new dimension to my home preventative health care.

In 1995 I severely injured my lower back. Since then I lived with constant aches and pains from my spine being misaligned. This occasionally caused me to have a frozen shoulder. One morning when I woke up the whole right side of my body, from my face to my toes, had slightly contracted. Hardly enough to be noticed by others, but definitely enough to throw my body even more out of a vital balance. A couple of years ago my lower back went out again, putting me flat on my back on a heating pad for a week. I began wearing a back brace to work under my clothes every day.

In just a week of using the Chi Machine my lower back freed up and the aches and pains are gone. In a mere month of using the "3 Musketeers" on a daily basis, I no longer need the back brace. I can sit 14 hours straight building websites in ease and comfort. I can feel the right side of my body releasing and opening up, my whole body becoming stronger and more toned.

I find the "3 Musketeers" not only work, and work well, but they are also enjoyable and comforting "energy moving" devices to incorporate into my daily routine. I look forward to my morning and evening "swing free on the Chi Machine" time and snuggling up with the FIR Pad an hour before getting up in the morning and before going to sleep at night. And it's such a treat for my feet to have an ERE treatment after work, or having the ERE electro pads pinpointing and releasing the specific areas of tension in my body, re-harmonizing the electromagnetic flow.

Needless to say, I'm a firm believer in the HTE machines.
